Renowned property developers Berkeley put a pitch for a new Premier Collection out to tender. The idea was to sell the lifestyle of 7 new developments in London to high end customers. Whilst at Flipside, I worked on the visuals for the pitch, developing bespoke booklets with a case that would hold all 7 properties. The booklet would have gold foil, spot UV coating and bevelling to really give it a feel of class.
